Osteopathy is a drug-free, non-invasive manual therapy that focuses on the body and the individual as a whole. Treatment aims to remove soft/hard tissue restrictions, allowing for improved function of nervous, arterial, venous, and lymphatic systems. Restoring functional movement enables the body to self-heal and self-regulate to the best of its ability.

Philosophy of Care
Life’s positive and negative stresses can have an effect on us structurally and physiologically. From our favourite activities, to our work and families, to injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traumas, these experiences can be reflected in our tissues and compensation patterns in our body. Over time, imbalances can create pain or restriction of motion that may result in further issues. Keeping the body in proper alignment and moving well is essential to one’s wellbeing. I respect that each individual is unique and requires a tailored approach to their manual treatment. I view the person seeking treatment as a whole, rather than a specific injury.
